Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the y6bit website, mobile browser interface, and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). y6bit is operated as an online casino and sports betting service directed at adult players in Bangladesh. The Platform is accessible at https://y6bit.io and any subdomains or successor URLs.

By accessing or using any part of the Platform — including browsing game pages, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or contacting support — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules governing individual games, promotions, or tournaments published elsewhere on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game or promotion rule, the specific rule shall take precedence only to the extent of that conflict.

y6bit reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at https://y6bit.io/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly stated. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept an amendment should cease using the Platform and contact support to close their account.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To use the y6bit Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from y6bit or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or in partnership with, any third party in relation to bets placed on the Platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

y6bit reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Verification may also include proof of residential address and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on the y6bit Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited. y6bit employs automated and manual detection processes to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, y6bit reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual, cancel any pending withdrawals, and withhold bonus balances.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on official identification, a valid email address, your date of birth, and your preferred payment method details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If any of your details change, you must update your account profile or notify support at [email protected] promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. y6bit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify y6bit support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Accounts must not be shared with, transferred to, or accessed by any person other than the registered account holder. Account transfers and sales are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to sell, transfer, or otherwise assign an account to another party will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of all balances.

Deposits & Payments

y6bit accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits are processed in BDT and credited to your account balance in BDT. No currency conversion is applied.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by y6bit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

y6bit reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on deposits above certain thresholds, in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. Such checks may delay the crediting of deposits or the processing of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

• bKash: Send to the designated y6bit merchant number. Include your y6bit username in the payment reference.
• Nagad: Transfer to the y6bit Nagad account number. Include your registered phone number or username in the reference.
• Rocket: Transfer to the y6bit Rocket merchant number. Your transaction reference will be required for support queries.
• Upay: Transfer to the y6bit Upay merchant number as displayed at the time of deposit.
• Bank Transfer: Use the account details provided in your deposit section. Allow up to 2 business hours for bank transfers to be credited.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money laundering requirements. y6bit does not process withdrawals to payment methods that have not been used to deposit.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfers may take up to 1–2 business days. These are target processing times and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

y6bit reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Where verification documents have not yet been provided or approved, withdrawal processing will be paused until verification is complete. Players are encouraged to complete account verification proactively to avoid delays.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, unmet wagering requirements attached to bonuses, or active investigations into account activity. In such cases, y6bit will notify the account holder and provide an opportunity to respond before taking any permanent action.

Bonuses & Promotions

y6bit offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in eligible wagers to be completed before withdrawal is available.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. One bonus per household, per device, and per payment method applies unless stated otherwise. Players who have previously self-excluded or set a cooling-off period are not eligible for promotional bonuses during that period.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in each promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire as stated in the specific promotion terms, typically within 7 to 30 days of issue. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate a bonus or promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or collusion — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account termination.
• Modification: y6bit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed in good faith.

Game Rules & Betting Conduct

Each game available on the y6bit Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are published within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. y6bit does not accept disputes arising from a player's failure to understand a game's rules.

For sports betting, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after placement except where y6bit explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-cancellation feature for a specific market.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, y6bit's sports betting rules (published separately) will govern the settlement of affected bets. Generally, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned unless a minimum number of overs or innings (as applicable) has been completed.
• y6bit reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price caused by a technical error or manifest error in the odds feed. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per market apply. Current limits are published in the sports betting rules section.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to delay and suspension during live events. y6bit does not guarantee the continuous availability of live betting markets.

y6bit uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all virtual casino games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by independent professional studios (including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi) under their own fairness certifications.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y6bit Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting a person under 21 to access the Platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools of any kind to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited error may be voided.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards y6bit staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Platform's software, design, or content.

Intellectual Property

All content on the y6bit Platform — including but not limited to the y6bit brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, promotional materials, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the intellectual property of y6bit or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of y6bit.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. All rights in such content are reserved by those studios.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y6bit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if y6bit has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

y6bit does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network issues, or circumstances beyond y6bit's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. y6bit will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

y6bit's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data Protection

y6bit collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://y6bit.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

Personal data collected includes registration information, payment details, betting and game history, device and browser data, and communications with support. This data is used to operate and improve the Platform, verify identity, process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. y6bit does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Responsible Gaming

y6bit is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. Account Suspension & Termination

y6bit reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading information.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
• The player has been identified as underage.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, y6bit may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, balances derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Balances not connected to the breach will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, less any applicable processing fees.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method.

Amendments to These Terms

y6bit may revise these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, y6bit will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or re-formatting) may be made without specific notice.

The date of the most recent revision is clearly stated at the top of this document. It is the player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to y6bit's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through y6bit's internal complaint process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.

y6bit's internal complaint resolution process is the first port of call for all player disputes. Players should submit complaints in writing to [email protected], providing full details of the issue including account username, date, and nature of the complaint. y6bit commits to acknowledging all written complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
